One of the pieces I originally received arrived damaged, and she was incredibly kind and quick to swap it out with no hassle at all. What really stood out to me was how genuinely interested and excited she was when I shared how I plan to use the stones in a custom art installation. As someone who cares a lot about design and detail, that meant a lot. The stones are beautiful, high quality, and exactly as described. I would absolutely purchase from her again and highly recommend this shop.
