We take great care to ensure we provide a very accurate description for our customers including pictures taken in natural light not enhanced by digital technology and also mm/cm accurate dimensions in height, width, depth and in most cases weight, however we do appreciate and acknowledge that it is not always easy for our customers to visualise these dimensions prior to seeing the actual item and hence why we are perfectly happy to refund any item within our terms and conditions if the item does not meet expectation on receipt.
