The chain was the original vintage which belonged to the Celtic cross pendant and very much to scale with the size of the pendant which had a small bale so the fastening and associated chain were by necessity fine rather than large and chunky - with regard to customs and post office issues unfortunately we have no control whatsoever over this element of the sale and can only say we are really sorry that the issues you experienced were imposed by your US mail system. Why do we not offer exchanges?
Because our products are "one off" and no two are the same - We do however offer a full refund in line with statutory distance trading policy and our shop terms and conditions.
Damaged in Transit - Return postage charges & Reimbursable's
Where an item is received damaged in transit Earth Magic Studio will require photographic evidence of specific damage including packaging - damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt including original packaging prior to issue of refund - where an item returned is accepted and agreed as damaged in transit Earth Magic Studio will only reimburse the value of the original UK to destination postal charge - any localised return charges above the original postal cost must be paid by the sender unless agreed otherwise by Earth Magic Studio prior to return.
We will not accept claims for damaged or faulty goods after a period of 3 days from receipt of goods,damages and returns must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of item.
