A gift of a watercolor chart is available in every order. It’s over a year later since covid began, things have improved a lot for my community. Shipping times are still fluctuating with varying covid warnings. Currently there is a new vat tax in order for EU buyers, shipping times can be a little faster. Australia and New Zealand please beware your countries are only accepting priority international, base rate is $69.99 USD which includes $200.00 insurance up to every 10 oz. package with full tracking direct to your door. 5 out of 5 starsI ordered two paints, they are both lovely. However, there are a few strings of red hair got stuck in the pans. I ripped the hair off. They don’t affect the performance of the paints, but I’m still weird out by the hair 😳😳😳 (I will probably order from her again, I’m not upset or anything, I’m just a little scared when it comes to other people’s hair…) (edit: Margot offered to replace the pans, I appreciate it but there is no need to waste the good paints. ) (edit #2: Margot insisted to offer me a replacement or a refund, but I declined. The customer service is excellent, I recommend her shop! )

I accidentally dropped them right after opening them and several of the pressed cakes broke, but that's fine -- they're still beautiful, and they actually broke into perfect sizes for travel and storage. Star White became my unexpected favorite of the three, as it has very interesting effects when mixed with other EMA paints. The box, included paper, and packaging were all lovely, too! I'll definitely purchase from Margot again.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful set! I absolutely love EMA watercolors, and this set did not disappoint! The "pans" are large and well-filled, the colors vibrant, and the natural pigments do a beautiful job being unique. I've swatched each one so far and have been enjoying exploring each paint with monochrome speed sketches. Margot is incredible in every way (seller, maker, artist), and I'll definitely be back for more EMA colors.
