Journey of the Bat

Kelsey Bat dreamed of owning her own craft business since she was a wee pup (baby bat). So, when the opportunity and support came, she jumped at the chance to start her own Etsy shop. With the skills learned from her Mom and developed over time on her own, she began creating new things. From knitted shrugs, hats, and gloves to feather earrings, bracelets, and pouches.

The shop really started in July 2013, after life settled down enough to seriously get it going. The shop opened as EarthMoon Creations, but after some surprising growth in popularity and divergence from original ideas, the more fitting name of Bat's Woodland Wares was created. I've got Hooded Scarves, Elf Hats and much more! Feel free to message me if you have any questions, I'm always here to help!

We accept payments through paypal or credit card. Please follow all Etsy payment policies. If you need to cancel a purchase, you must do so before the item(s) are shipped.
Items usually ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date, unless it is a custom order. We ship using USPS First Class mail. We currently offer FREE shipping within the United States and reasonably priced international shipping to many countries. You will receive an email the same day that your item(s) ship with an estimated arrival date for your convenience. We will ship to the address on your Etsy account, so please check to make sure that it is correct before placing your order. If you are in a country that we do not currently ship to, then please message me to see if I can add your country to the list.

Holiday shipping deadlines:
For United States: DECEMBER 16TH!
For all other countries: I cannot guarantee it will arrive by a certain date, but I suggest placing your order BEFORE DECEMBER 3RD!
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to enjoy your purchased item(s) from Bat's Woodland Wares. Therefore, if you receive items that are in some way defective, incomplete, and/or damaged, then please allow us to resolve the situation with you directly. Sale items are non-refundable.

For damaged items: If your items are either damaged during shipping or break within 14 days from the date of arrival, then you may send the items back for us to repair/replace. Please message me if this happens and I will give you the return address. You will need to pay for return shipping, but we will cover the shipping from our shop back to you. However, you must notify me of the problem within 14 days from the date of arrival.

For items that do not fit: Due to the nature of handmade items, a variety of sizes may not be available for every item. Please try to make sure that the item you are going to purchase will fit properly. If you have any questions about the dimensions of a product, then message me and I will do my best to answer them accurately. If the item that you ordered does not fit, then you may return the item for a refund if postmarked within 7 days from the date of arrival (you are required to pay for return shipping).
