I used this spice to make the roasted chicken recipe on their Website www.earthspirithearth.com. The recipe was clear and easy to follow. I had all the ingredients at home so I didn’t need to go out and buy rare or hard to find ingredients. The roasted chicken was absolutely delicious, moist and full of flavor. My family loved it! This recipe/spice will definitely be on our “family fav” list!

Cooking is a love letter

Cooking is one of our most ancient activities. When we let it, it grounds us in the traditions of our ancestors, of our chosen communities, and the ancient wisdom within the food itself.
Cooking is a love letter; to the people you cook for, to the land that grew the food, to ingredients you use. And when we cook seasonal food it is a love letter to the season at hand, just as cooking for a specific holiday is a love letter to that day.
Cooking is also magick, in the sense that magick is change with intention. The energy and wisdom of the ingredients come together to create something new. And as we stir the pot our energy and emotions also become ingredients.
The spirit of place is also an ingredient. When we cook with local produce we create a stronger bond with the land on which we live. when we use exotic ingredients from away places, we call on the spirit of those lands to infuse our food.
Using fresh, unprocessed ingredients increases the spirit and magick of a dish in addition to higher nutrient levels.
May there always be time for a home cooked meal.
