I had an issue with the delivery because I had given the wrong shipping location - I didn’t know she moved. I contacted Sam to let her know she would be getting it back and to ask if I could pay to have her resend it. She resent it happily and didn’t charge me. I’m very thankful for her ease of handling the inconvenience and she took care of it immediately - it never even felt like a delay!
