4 out of 5 starsThe fabric really is lovely and we like that aspect of this rice bag. The only drawback is the fact that there are no sections sewn into the bag and so the rice does not stay well dispersed while wearing it.

During this challenging season of shipping delays and and very difficult times the shop is doing a great job! The neck pillow is very well made, the fabric bold and beautiful. I felt proud to gift this to a friend!

4 out of 5 starsUpdating my review: I was terribly upset that it took over a month to receive my items but they came in the mail today. I bought 3 of these heat/cold packs and the fabric is very sturdy and pretty. They hold heat well, I have not had a chance to test how well they hold cold. Removing a star for the delay in shipping but the product is well made.
