Where do your items come from?

My items come from a variety of sources, including flea markets, tag sales and estate sales. All items are cleaned to the best of my ability (sanitized in the dishwasher, if possible, as long as it will not damage the item). I will not remove stains, paint, labels, etc. if I feel it may damage the finish, design or appearance of the item.

Are the items in your shop high-end antiques?

My items are not high-end antiques or rare collectibles. They are meant to be affordable and durable vintage products that can be used daily or may add vintage character as a simple decoration. I pick up items that catch my eye and that I think someone else might love. If you want me to keep my eyes open for a specific thing, please let me know.

What do I need to know about shipping/processing times?

All items are ready-to-ship and most times I can ship them the same day or the very next day. Please verify that you enter the correct mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) when completing your purchase. You are responsible for all shipping charges if a package is sent to the wrong address.

International Shipping: Unless shipping Priority Mail International, you may want to purchase insurance and tracking numbers separately, depending on how reliable the mail delivery is in your country. Once the package has hit customs in your country, I may not be able to track it any further. Customs delays do happen and are out of my control. Please be patient.

Will you take less for an item?

No. My prices are very competitive and are priced with consideration of my cost for the item, as well as the time it takes me to source, clean, research, photograph and list the item. Please remember, vintage sellers have to write detailed listings for EACH item in their shops as we usually sell only one of each item.

How does your shop handle returns/exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if I have misrepresented the item, please contact me within three days of receipt of the item (and preferably before you leave negative feedback), as I would like the opportunity to work something out with you. If a return/refund is approved, ALL shipping is the buyer's responsibility and the item must be returned within 14 days.

Gift wrapping and packaging

To be kind to the environment, recycled boxes/packaging will be used whenever possible. I do not currently offer gift wrapping services.
