Due to Covid-19, Ebany Renee Events will not be accepting returns in efforts to limit the spread of virus. Refunds will be given in special circumsances. All sales are final until further notice.

Persons working or handling any products for Ebany Renee Events are required to wash and sanitize their hands prior to working. All items and packaging will be sanitized before shipping. While we can sanitize on our end, we are not responsible for the handling of the packages once they are shipped so we encourage all customers to sanitize all packages once received.

Digital files will be sent through email only, no physical product will be sent through the mail. Once received and downloaded, open file. File will open in and only be editable in Canva. Once file is open, you will see the option “EDIT MY TEMPLATE”. Click on EDIT MY TEMPLATE. You will see an icon pop up that looks like 2 circles liked together. Click the link icon which will open the editable file. Most files are fully editable. Files with limited editable access will be listed in it’s description. Please read the description of the each item before purchasing. No refund will be given.

No. Unless stated in the description, the editing, printing and customizations of all digital files are the responsibility of the customer. Files will be emailed to the customer, no physical product will be shipped out.
