We ship all orders within 1-2 business days by express shipping. Delivery time for the US and EU is usually 3-5 business days. A valid phone number is required on all orders so the shipping carrier can contact you if needed for delivery.

Do you do custom orders?
We do offer custom sizes for bathrobes. To request a custom size, please contact us before making a purchase and we'll provide you with details and price. PLEASE NOTE: Custom sizes cannot be returned.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each of our orders is wrapped with love and sent in our special pouches made from jute fabric. While we don't include a standard card, we would be happy to write a personalized note if you'd like. Just let us know!
Care instructions
You can both hand wash and machine wash our items at low temperatures (30 C/86 F). Cotton can be tumble-dried on low heat. Wash separately or with similar colors. We advise against using bleach or detergents containing optical brighteners, as they can compromise the strength of the fibers. The natural wrinkles of cotton add to its unique charm – we don’t recommend ironing, but if necessary, use low heat and press while the fabric is slightly damp.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs as well as any customs or duty fees.
