Welcome to Echoes of Ela Jewelry!

My jewelry story begins with a cheap little beading kit purchased on a whim.

At the time, working a full-time demanding job in healthcare and raising two boys, one with nonverbal autism, didn't leave much space for creative pursuits.

But for someone who grew up around makers and creatives, not being able to make something with my own two hands left a huge void.

Once I began stringing those little beads, it felt as though the creative floodgates were suddenly wide open again.

Soon I found myself browsing for jewelry making books on frequent outings to the library with my boys.

Mesmerized by the sheer variety of techniques, I began exploring them and eagerly absorbed and taught myself as much as possible.

During my husband's journey through cancer, it was creating chain maille jewelry at his hospital bedside that gave me solace.

After his recovery, I was more determined than ever to make my dream of learning metalsmithing techniques and selling my jewelry come true.

Now I feel blessed and privileged to know that with the jewelry I create, little pieces of me are now scattered throughout the world.

Through the years, my creations have naturally evolved to showcase a variety of styles and techniques. Those include wire weaving and enamel work along with basic metalsmithing, etching, and beading.

When you purchase a piece of jewelry from my shop, I want you to do so knowing that each and every one of them was designed and created by me personally with utmost care and attention to craftsmanship.

If you feel as passionate about handcrafted jewelry, I hope you will take a moment to *LIKE* my shop, to be notified anytime a new item is added.

Thank you so much for supporting handmade artists like myself who are truly passionate about providing you with high-quality creations that come from the heart.
Have a wonderful day!
