5 out of 5 starsThis was undoubtedly the best customer service I have experienced with Etsy. I received this beautiful Lladro who was sadly missing his violin bow. I reached out to Cissy and she was utterly fabulous - empathic and engaged. The Lladro had been expertly wrapped and arrived on time - we both searched separately for the bow to no avail. Cissy immediately offered two options, one for a return and full refund and the other for a 50% refund. Since my purchase had been dependent on the bow I took the full refund. Cissy immediately sent me a return label and refunded the money today after I took to the post office. I will continue to look for items in her shop and enthusiastically recommend her as someone to do business with. Thank you Cissy, I’m sorry this purchase didn’t work out but I will be a return customer!!
