I hope that every customer has a positive experience with my shop, so if you have any questions, or are unsure about the payment, shipping, and/or return policies please convo me.
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
Payments accepted are credit and debit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift card. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted.
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 days of purchase to the address provided in your purchase.
All purchases will be shipped through US Postal Service.
If you desire a tracking number to be added to your order, please notify me upon payment.
If you desire shipping insurance or signature confirmation, please notify me upon payment. Extra fees will apply that must be paid before shipment.
Sorry, I only ship within the United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope to have happy customers, so if something is incorrect with your order, please let me know through a convo ASAP and I'll do my best to fix the issue.
Please convo me first before returning any items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within two weeks after you received the package. All items must be in their original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping.
There are no returns on any custom-made orders that include any name or custom wording in the piece. Returns of custom-made orders including a single-letter monogram are OK.
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases for any reason, please convo me first before leaving feedback. I handmake all items with close attention to detail and quality, and want customers to have a positive experience with my shop and be happy with their purchases!
