Buyer left rating before reaching out. They were not using the correct method to download via a mobile device, but had also successfully downloaded their order a week prior as shown in their order details. They were provided extensive explanation on how to correctly download an item via a mobile device. You can not use the app - you must use your mobile web browser to download digital items at this time as it is not a functionality Etsy has provided in their app for buyers. I additionally sent their purchase directly to them via email the same day to bypass any Etsy issues or confusion. All communication and resolution was provided in 1.5 hours from their first message to me and they successfully confirmed their issue was resolved and they had their purchase downloaded again.
