At Conscious Dream our biggest reward is a fully satisfied customer! As such, our sales policies are developed from the customer's perspective and are designed to be sensible and straightforward.

Accepted payment methods

Payment submission –
is due in full via PayPal within three days of order placement

Order cancellation –
If you wish to cancel your order, this can be done within two days of order placement –
Please send a "conversation to seller"
Orders that are custom made cannot be canceled.
Shipment –
On average we will ship within two business days.
For our larger and custom items, they are made to order and will ship depending on your particular order, you will be issued a lead time upon placement of your custom order.

Geography –
The printed shipping costs refer to the contiguous 48 United States.
If a shipping rate for your location is not listed, please contact us and we will quote you a shipping cost.

Expedited shipments –
Available upon request when/where possible - if customer notifies us at time of order placement and they are willing to pay the "excess" shipping charges.

Gifts –
We love sending gifts, and we think you are so awesome for buying one of our products as a gift, that we can ship to the gifted address include a handwritten, or typed gift note, if you would like, and we offer this service to you free of charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an error was made on our part (example- "wrong item,"), we will refund you the full purchase price and shipping cost provided you notify us immediately.
Your account will be credited upon receipt of the (undamaged) returned product. We will also compensate you for the return shipping by crediting you the amount that we charged for shipping the item originally.

Returns –
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving an item, to return an undamaged item for a refund of the original purchase price (only). We only ask that you tell us why you are returning the item and correspond the return in advance. In addition, the items must arrive undamaged and un-used to receive your refund.

Custom items –
Due to the personalized nature of these items, they not be returned -
please contact us with further questions.

Exchanges – Items may be exchanged while adhering to the return policy as listed above.
