Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied, please return the item within 14 days for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
If you received an incorrect or defective product, please let us know so we can send a new one.
If the package is not delivered within 30 days after sending, we will give a full refund.
Payment
We accept Paypal, and send the package after payment.
A lot of our products are done by special order, and sometimes it takes up to seven days before we send the package. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in how many days the product can be done.
The customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges.
Shipping
Everything is shipped from Ivanic Grad, Croatia, EU.
All shipping is made through the priority Croatian mail (air mail).

Regular shipping time :
Croatia: 2-3 working days
Europe: 7-10 working days
Everywhere else: 14-20 working days

If the package is not delivered within 30 days after sending, we will give a full refund.

We will send you a email when your order has been sent.
We ship to etsy addresses. If you want to send to another address please contact us.
