Thank you for wanting to learn "About Me" and allowing me to express how much I love the world of photography. I am a father, husband, grandfather, nature lover, practical joker, fun loving, shy, good neighbor, and dreamer. I am a technology professional for a very large school district that is preparing for required early retirement. I view myself as a normal everyday photographer that uses photography to relax and create in the world of abstract.

I was handed my first camera as a teenager, a 35mm Mamiya Sekor 1000 DTL. I learned about photography working my father’s film processing and printing lab as I was attending college and earning my degree in Computer Science and Systems Programming. I had the unique opportunity view hundreds of thousands of pictures and interact with professional photographers as well as average everyday picture takers. I experienced every type of photographic image that can be imagined. After I got married, had children, traveled and experienced those "once in a lifetime" family related events, I realized that my photography had been memorializing special moments that could only be relived years later through captured memories which illustrates my motto "Moments in time are lived once. Images of those moments live forever". My images are carefully selected with the purpose of providing value and enjoyment to everyone viewing or purchasing a product.
