5 out of 5 starsThe envelopes looks wonderful. There were a few envelopes where the print wasn’t executed that well but they were minor. Still a bummer but overall really nice. The seller made sure to proof and confirm every single detail before sending it off to print which is really good bc I found I made a few typos in my original list. Turnover time is decent.

Frequently asked questions
Timing
PRINTED INVITATIONS:
An electronic proof is sent 24 hours after order placement, weekdays. The proof process can take a couple of days to a week or more depending on how many rounds of revisions you have, and how long it takes you to respond to new proofs. Production and shipping take 8 business days from proof approval. Most orders are eligible for expedited shipping for an additional charge. Expedited shipping is not available on foil printed orders.
PRINTABLE/DIGITAL FILE INVITATIONS:
Proofs and revisions to proofs can take up to 24 hours each round weekdays. As far as delivery of the final file, a lot is dependent on when you order, number of changes, and how quickly you review and approve your proof(s).
Proofs
Sorry, I cannot provide a proof until an order has been placed. After the order is placed a proof is provided and you will have opportunities to make revisions at that time.
How to place an order
Contact me with your design of choice, quantity, and any extras such as inserts, upgraded paper or envelopes, backs, etc., and I will create a custom listing for you to order through.
How to provide text/customization requests
You may leave text in the notes area at checkout, send it in a message via the Etsy message system, or email it to eden@edencreativestudio.com.
File Types
Digital/printable files can be delivered to you as a PDFs or JPEGs. Files can be delivered as single files or multiple per page on either 8.5x11 or A4. Crop marks and bleed can also be provided.
International
Can guest names be added to invitations? Guest names can be added to invitations for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Printed invitations can only be shipped to the clients in the United States. International clients can opt for printable files that can be printed locally.
Address Printing
Do you offer return address printing and/or guest addressing?
Yes.
Foil Printing
Yes. Options are silver, gold and rose gold.
Customization
Yes, the invitations shown are just examples. I invite you to make them our own by changing the language to apply to your particular event.
