This Privacy Policy describes how and when we (Edge Inspired) collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us) This may be your name, email address, postal and billing address, payment information, and any details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with photos, names, birthdates and other personal information of family and friends for us to complete personalised items you have purchased.

If we am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as dropbox is Privacy Shield certified.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through our etsy shop, we will retain the information you have provided for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. This includes images and photographs you supply to us. I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 2 years.


CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
