Care instructions
The edible images will last for 6 months but we do recommend ordering about two weeks before your event. The longer they go unused, there is a risk that the colors will fade. Store at room temperature, away from direct light. Do not fridge or freeze.
Will the colors vary from what I see on my monitor?
EDIBLE IMAGES: The simple answer is yes, edible inks have different ingredients than regular printer ink. Colors will not look like what you see on your computer monitor but they will be vibrant and look great on your topper! Colors also brighten once they are applied and absorbed in the frosting. We have tested all of our images and have received thousands of feedback so we know exactly how the toppers will react when printed and used. If you have any concerns or questions, just contact us.
ALL OTHER IMAGES: They will be very close if not better than what your monitor shows.
There are a lot of people selling the same thing. Why should we use your company?
We have been in business since 2005. We have perfected the process it takes to design and print your order. We use the commercial quality frosting sheets and not the cheap wafer/rice paper that most sellers are using. We also use the highest quality available for your centerpieces/cutouts. You will get professionally made designs at a fraction of the cost. We have top notch customer service and we will go the extra mile to ensure that your buying experience with us is a successful one. Timing is critical in our business and we understand that. Our competitors always try to copy us but they can't match our quality and customer service.
What if I can't get the image off the backing?
The solution to sheets that won't come off the backing is to let the sheet dry out a little by either leaving it out in the open in a dry warm spot, using a hair drier on the warm setting for a moment or placing it in a slightly warn oven for a short amount of time.
The solution for a sheet that is too dry and falls of the backing, is to re-hydrate it by placing it in a sealed plastic bag with moisture such a damp paper towel on the plastic backing side of the sheet and let the sheet absorb some moisture. A light even spray of water over the sheet can also work in some cases.
Do you sell digital images?
No, we are sorry but we only sell the images on all of the products we make. Most of our images are licensed and prevent us from selling just the image itself as a digital file.
Sizing details
The centerpieces are double sided and comes with the stand and base. The largest I have for the centerpieces is 16" tall (from hair to shoes) and around 17" tall on base.
The cut outs come in pairs of 2. One facing left, one facing right and blank on the other side. Cut outs do not come with a base or stand. The largest I have for the centerpieces is 16" tall (from hair to shoes)
The 5" and 3.5" cut outs are too small to make into centerpieces. If you are making your own centerpieces, please choose the larger sizes (10" or 16").
