The necklace finally arrived and it is lovely. Edit Peng wrapped it in a sweet little handmade box with decoration and a card with decoration and a painted "merry Christmas". Very carefully and nicely packaged and the pendant is beautiful, just as described and as pictured in the photograph. My single and only complaint is that it took far longer to arrive than the delivery timeframe I expected. It took a month and a half to get to the East Coast of the US from Hungary! When it didn't arrive In a timely fashion I wrote to Edit Peng and she swiftly refunded all of my money and apologized. She was very pleasant to deal with. She acted on good faith and I will too, I will send her the money tonight. Thanks Edit!

If you're not happy with your item,I can exchange for another item from my shop of equal value.Please convo me 3 days after receiving it.
I do not offer a refund for shipping!
Payment
You don't need a PayPal account. At check-out, click the "Pay by PayPal" option and you'll be sent to a secure page, where you can use your debit or credit card.

Payments are due within 1-3 days of purchase unless we agreed on a different time via email.
Shipping
Every item will be sent registered in bubble foil packets.
Usually the shipping takes:
1-2 days to Hungary,
5-7 days to Europe,
8-15 days to US and other countries.
There are no shipping costs for pdf delivery to a designated email address.
Please note that there are no refunds and exchanges on patterns!
