Hello and "thank you" for visiting my shop called Edna's Closet.
I learned to knit when I was about 10 years old and have been knitting now for about 70 years...WOW...where did that time go.
I am very pleased to have found Etsy and am able to sell items to earn a bit of money and also to help people enjoy hand crafted items.
I do have some vintage items and will be adding more. The vintage items are from my parents as well as my husband's parents....He is 85 and I am 80 so the items are really "vintage".
I do like it when you visit my shop and favorite items....THANK YOU!!!!
Payment is by Pay Pal only.
I ship to the address on your Paypal account. However, if you want it mailed to a different address...it will be necessary for you to convo or email me to make me aware of the change..
Shipping is 1 business day following the order and payment to Pay Pal. (Sometimes the same day if it is early in the day). Any orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Items 13 oz or less are shipped USPS. Most items over 13 oz. are shipped using USPS Parcel or Priority Mail. Occasionally really heavy items are shipped UPS.
At the present time...I am not shipping International.
I package your item carefully to avoid any possible damage during shipping. If you do receive a damaged package, please take a picture of the shipping container (box) as sent to you, as well as a picture of the damaged product. Please send me these pictures, as well an explanation of the damage. Upon receiving the information, I will determine how to best resolve the situation. I want you to be pleased with your item.
Hopefully, any "lost" items will be resolved through Pay Pal tracking.
Refunds and Exchanges
Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
I try to describe my items so you can make a well-informed purchase.
After receiving your item and you have a problem about your purchase...please convo me first and we can try to solve the problem. IF, we cannot solve the problem....I will refund the purchase price of the item...and it MUST be returned to me within 7 days. The item must also be returned in the original packaging.
As I said before....I do not refund shipping costs
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you see an item in my "sold" items and would like to have one like it...let me know and I will try to make another one....but sometimes...I just do not keep the original pattern.
