There are no order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please understand that all of the items are created and made to order especially for you at the time of purchase. We take a lot of care into making your order, inspecting, wrapping and packing, because of this our policy is Final Sale for all items. To ensure our customers are guaranteed a fresh and newly created piece every time.
All measurements are in the item's descriptions. Please ask questions before purchasing your item to clarify or to get additional information. We promptly answer any and all of your questions.

We do not provide insurance and will not be responsible for any lost packages. We will put delivery confirmation on packages. International parcels do not have complete tracking information, it will only show the movement of the parcel once it leaves the US. The progression on the tracking information will depend on the country it is headed to update any additional information on the tracking. For an extra fee we can add insurance to your package, please inform us before or right after purchasing .
Registered Mail for international packages will be charged an extra $15 (small package). Inquire for specifics.
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping can take up to 30 DAYS or more depending on the Customs inspections, it can add extra time. Please also note that regular International Air Mail does not provide tracking information once it leaves the US. It will only show movement of the package within the US. Unless you have USPS insurance added to your order we will not be responsible for delayed or missing parcels.

-Regular USPS Airmail : Depends on Country takes between 7 - 30 days
Upgrade Options:
USPS Priority : Takes between 6- 10 days
USPS Express; Takes between 3- 5 days

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund for orders and original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
