Seller converted my cloth diapers from Velcro to snaps. Seller did not mention that she wouldn't be able to modify the diapers safely or similar to the existing brand. How she converted these diapers has created skin breakdown on my newborn. The diaper is now is defective (Bumgenius Freetimes). Seller was not willing repair, despite stating that there was a miscommunication.I filed a complaint with Etsy and they sided with the seller, despite significant documentation and pictures. Please be cautious when using this seller as she has very poor customer service and will NOT take responsibility for her workmanship. Since the complaint, seller has updated her webpage, but still very unreasonable to work with and has not even attempted to resolve this issue. Luckily, my credit card refunded my money.

As stated, Buyer escalated her purchase for Etsy review after several conversations. Buyer submitted pictures of her modified diapers to Etsy as part of her evidence. Buyer filed under "Item Not as Described." Etsy ruled that my listing was not lacking in description, therefore, Buyer did not meet Etsy's refund criteria. If you, the potential buyer, have further questions as to how your diapers in particular could / would be modified, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to ensure that my method will work for you or so that we can work together to find a solution.

She did a great job and responded quickly. Would absolutely use her again for any other snap conversions.
