Mid Century Abstraction Obsession

Edwin Wade Artist Statement

I have been fascinated by Mid Century Modern Design, Abstract Expressionist Art, Architecture and Cubism for the majority of my life. My work explores traditional art techniques and mediums employed by the great Mid Century artists.

You will find a variety of items from Original Digital Prints, Gouache Paintings, Monoprints, Oil Paintings all my unique creations.

A native Ohioan. Studied studio art at YSU, Pratt and the CIA. I now reside in Pepper Pike, OH where I paint, drink Mai Tai's, and renovate my 1951 Mid Century Modern Atomic Ranch.
