5 out of 5 starsThe usual amazing quality that I got used from EdwynUk. From the quality of the fabric, the attention to detail of the product as well as the wrapping. Louise thinks of everything. Looks great, loads of praise when Sparky our Scottie is wearing it. A very happy human and a gorgeous pup!

About EdwynUK
EdwynUK - Products for Hound and Home
EdwynUK is a small company based in Leyton, East London designing and making products for 'hound and home'.
With a background in Furniture and Interiors I found after the arrival of my Welsh Terrier Edwyn (named after my hero Edwyn Collins) my focus moved to designing and making with a distinctly dog focus!
I grew up near the Lincolnshire Coast but have lived in London all my adult life. I wanted to incorporate my love of both country and city into a range of products for dogs, their owners and their homes. They are designed and made to be practical and fun and combine patterns and textures of the quality fabrics I'm constantly searching out.
Everything is designed and made by hand in East London. I use a variety of techniques, but predominately hand print from lino blocks I design and carve myself, as well as applique and patchwork. If you want to see me and my work I have a stall at Spitalfields Market, London E1 every Saturday. It's a great area to visit and dogs are more than welcome too!

Frequently asked questions
Can I have my item quicker than advertised?
Most items are made to order, but if you get in touch before ordering with details of when you would like the item(s) to arrive we can let you know if it is possible, and quite often it is! Please note that we need longer notice in the run up to Christmas as this is our busiest time.
When will my item be delivered?
I first need time to process and make your order if it isn't in stock. This time does vary, details of estimated times are stated on individual product listings. But do get in touch if you are in a hurry!
Estimated shipping times (the time it takes from posting your order to arrival) are as follows:
United Kingdom: 2 - 4 days
North America: 15- 25 business days
Europe: 10 - 20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15 - 30 business days.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on how mail delivery services are performing where you live.
Where is my order?
Occasionally orders take longer than the estimated time you are given when you placed your order.
We understand how frustrating this can be, especially if you have a deadline.
Most often items just take a little longer than estimated and we ask you to wait a week to see if they do arrive, and most often they do!
Sometimes though, orders do get lost in the post. Royal Mail consider items lost after 10 working days for UK destinations, 20 working days for European destinations and 25 working days for the rest of the World.
If after these times you still haven't received your order get in touch and we'll sort things from there for you.
We'll do all we can to help, so send us a message if there is anything else you would like answered.
