You may inquire about custom and personalized orders by simply pressing the "Contact shop owner" button on my shop home page. You can then send me a message detailing your request and I will respond as soon as I am able.

I don't offer a specific gift wrapping and/or packaging service, but all of my prints are professionally packaged. All orders containing any medium or large prints will be gently rolled and shipped in a 3-inch diameter mailing tube to ensure the safe arrival of your print(s). All other orders containing only small prints are sealed in a cellophane bag with a cardboard backing and shipped flat in a rigid stay-flat mailer.

If you are interested in purchasing multiple copies of a particular print (for example, as a party favor), please send me a message by pressing the "Contact shop owner" button on my shop home page and we can discuss potential bulk purchase discounts.

The only instance where I will issue a return and/or refund for an art print is if the print is damaged during the shipping process. In this situation, the seller (me) will pay for the return shipping (first class mail only). Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns and/or refunds for all other circumstances.

If you feel like the quality of the art print is not up to the standard you were hoping for, or if you feel like your situation is an exception, please contact me as soon as possible after the print has been delivered to you. If I approve a refund and/or return in such a situation, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and the print must be returned in re-sellable condition (no damage).

Because the sizes of my original inks vary depending on my vision for each artwork, sizing may vary from print to print. If you would like a specific size that is not in my shop, please send me a message by pressing the "Contact shop owner" button on my shop home page. Keep in mind that the image may need to be cropped to fit your desired size.
