Shipping
Shipping will be through Greece post and items will be packed carefully in a bubble wrap envelope, to avoid any damage. In order for the item to be received in safe, it will be send as a Registered Mail. This means that you'll have to sign to get the package. If there's nobody home, the item remains in your nearest post office until you pick it.
Normally, delivery time is 3 to 8 working days for European countries, 8-15 working days overseas (US, Canada) and 2-4 weeks to Australia and North America.
Buyers are responsible for taxes and customs fees in case there are any.
In case a buyer fails to receive the package and the package returns back to me, buyer is responsible to pay the additional shipping cost for the package to be re-send it.

In many Ef Zin Creations listings you may choose your color or size from the drop down menu. If there is no such availability and you wish to have a more personalized creation, please communicate me your preference in the message to the seller field. Else you will get what it is described in the listing and in the relevant pictures.
Once the order is placed and the payment is cleared, it takes about three working days for custom orders to be ready and shipped. When you request and buy a custom creation, I make it especially for you. More specifically I craft it, photograph it and I send you the photos. Upon approval the item is send. If there is no communication in the two days after I send you the photos I ship the item as it is.
