Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

HEALTH AND SAFETY
To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with any bodily fluid. Once these items are shipped, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. Please carefully check sizes or other requirements when ordering.

LOST PARCELS (Standard Shipping):
Parcels that have been lost in transit will be re-shipped at our expense after an investigation has been concluded with the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel your order provided the order has not already been shipped. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned and sales are final.

RETURNS:
Unused items can be returned within 15 business days after the buyer has received. All shipping costs are to be incurred at the buyer's expense. Shipping costs will be covered by the seller for manufacturing defects only.

Any refunds/exchanges will be issued once the product is received by the seller and has been inspected for use and damage. If the item has been used or damaged in any way we reserve the right not to issue the store credit or refund and only ship the product back to you at your expense.

Clearance Items: Any products discounted at 75% or greater are considered clearance items and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Buyers that received items that are not as described (i.e. wrong size) and/or damaged must be reported within 15 days after receiving the parcel. Once assessed, a replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days at our expense.
Payment
Once payment is received items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Applicable taxes may apply if you're a Canadian resident. PayPal and most credit cards are accepted through Etsy. Once the item has been shipped cancellations are not permitted.
Shipping
DISCREET PACKAGING:
All our shipments are sent out in discreet packages.

DUTIES:
Please be aware that you may incur duty charges for international shipments. U.S and Canada customers will have no duties.

SHIPPING

United States:
USPS Shipping is used for U.S customers with tracking and customers don't pay duties as we take care of it. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For U.S residents there are a few business days before tracking becomes available. Please be patient and it will appear.

WRONG ADDRESS:
If a customer provides the wrong address, re-shipping the parcel will be at the expense of the buyer plus $7 re-stocking fee. The product/s will be refunded when the original parcel has been returned.

Canada:
Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

Everywhere Else:
International shipping usually takes 3 weeks but it can take up to 5 weeks depending on the location. Please be patient as your parcel will arrive.
