DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM/WHOLESALE ORDERS
ᴥ I’m able to take custom orders that make minor changes to an EXISTING card design eg. use a different colour of cardstock, add a number or sentiment to the card.
ᴥ Each item is made by hand and takes the same time to create so, unfortunately, I’m not able to offer a discounted rate for large orders of the same card design.
ᴥ Payment is required in full prior to commencement of custom/ wholesale orders.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS
ᴥ Not at the moment, but please convo me if you are keen to purchase a particular item.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
ᴥ I take great care when packaging each item so they should arrive in picture-perfect condition. If an item is damaged please convo me with clear photos of the damage, and I can send a replacement or provide a refund at my discretion.
ᴥ I really appreciate and value positive feedback from my customers: it tells me the item's arrived safely and that you were happy with it. If for some reason you're dissatisfied with your order, please contact me and we'll find a solution!
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE
ᴥ I use many of the high quality/superbly coordinated products manufactured by Stampin’ Up! and value their strong commitment to eco-friendly practices.
ᴥ Their cardstock includes paper left over from other paper runs so the darker the cardstock color, the more recycled material it contains and their packing materials are 100% recycled material.
ᴥ Paper comes from sustainably managed forests and excess rubber from the stamps is used as the ground rubber in playgrounds.
DIFFERENCE IN COLOR OF ITEM
ᴥ Computer monitors vary and can display colors and images slightly differently.
ᴥ Printed colors can also vary from monitor colors so you may see a slight variation in color between the item you see on your screen and the item sent to you.
POSTAGE, PACKAGING MATERIALS AND BRANDING
ᴥ When multiple cards/card sets are ordered on the same day, I seek to combine shipping costs. A partial shipping refund may be able to be made to the customer.
ᴥ Please note that the postage charge is for Postage & Handling.
ᴥ Items are usually sent in heavy duty envelope card mailers made from 100% recycled content; they are not rigid mailers. Additional cardboard encloses the item/s for added mailing protection.
ᴥ All cards come with AFS envelopes and are sealed in a clear cellophane sleeve. Cellophane is biodegradable.
ᴥ Some items are flat-packed for mailing which protects them in transit. Assembly instructions are included if required.
ᴥ All cards have a sticker on the back with Eider Craft business and contact details.
