Do you combine shipping?
Yes! We have all the listings set to "Calculated Shipping" to give you the best price for your location but Etsy cannot combine shipping with this setting. So, please contact us if you have more than one item in your cart or have payed and we will refund the overages after we have processed the order and gotten the true cost. The cost for multiple item shipping is variable but is less than separate boxes.
Care instructions
Your handmade desk blotters, folios, and books will age gracefully with use, but consider the following precautions.
- Avoid long periods in direct sunlight, hot, or moist areas.
- Remove dust with a dry cloth or fine dusting brush. Do not use liquid or spray cleaners.
- If using your desk blotter under your laptop, insert a barrier, such as a thin stack of paper or a piece or board to avoid heat damage.
Custom and personalized orders
We do not take custom orders for the handmade products. But suggestions are welcome and will be added to our wish list for future consideration.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not officially offer gift wrap but if you have asked for a gift message, we print it on a nice card stock and place it in an envelope and will try to make the package as gift-like as possible.
Will I receive the exact handmade item depicted in the listing?
We make some blotters, journals and folios repeatedly but will use the same image. Because of the handmade nature of the paper, book cloth, and the item itself, patterns may vary slightly. If there is a very noticeable difference then we re-photograph the item.
