EIGHT21 Studios is the sole owner of the artwork that is used on the paper stationery. Buyers are not allowed to reproduce it in any way.

We are a proud small business, our logo stamp is printed on the lower back of each of our paper pieces, just like the "big guys". This is part of our branding and we feel it is very important for our growth. Thank you for understanding-

Yes, we happily do CUSTOM Stationery! If our production schedule allows. We are very busy with custom illustration work and would love to help if we can, but sometimes our workload doesn't permit us to. Let us hear what you are looking for!

GIFT- Need your item as a gift? We do not add the invoice to our orders unless it is requested. We also do not disclose the price of the item in the packaging.

Need a GIFT TAG to be printed for your gift? Put the information in the "Notes to Seller" section and we will make sure it has a note to go along with your gift telling the recipient who their gift is from.

Our personalized stationery sets process in 1-3 business days. Please note that if a holiday should fall during the week, that is considered a non-business day for shipping. Custom items and Watercolor Wedding Maps are not included in this time frame.

We generally ship all of our smaller orders via USPS and will send you a tracking number once the item has shipped. The delivery time will vary according to locations and distance. Note: we do not get a shipping tracking number on APO addresses.

We will do everything to ensure that your package arrives on time and safe. It is out of our control once we ship the items. We hope the Postal Service will take the same care that we do in making sure your package arrives and is safe. EIGHT21 is not responsible for lost or stolen items, although please contact us should they not arrive and we will discuss some of our reprinting options.

SIGNATURES REQUIRED on orders of $500 or more. Please request otherwise, if needed.

Our stationery sets are packed flat (unfolded) and sealed in a clear plastic resealable sleeve. Mailed in a rigid cardboard book flat mailer or bubble envelope for extra protection. Our folded notes have a blank canvas inside and are ready for your custom note, professionally prescored to slip into an envelope color of your choice.

With a fast turnaround time, we do not automatically send proofs for each and every order. If you would like to double check the spelling, we will gladly send you a screen shot proof to confirm we have all dotted our "i's" and crossed our "t's". Please request a proof in the "Note to Seller" section when closing out your order.
