Custom Awareness Shop Opens

I am very passionate about promoting awareness of all causes. Most people think I am crazy for not sticking to just "one" cause. But I believe when one cause advances, ALL causes advance. Makes sense, right? If a cure is found for breast cancer, will that information not benefit research in ALL cancers?

I recognize that the items that are bought here are not just t-shirts, bracelets or decals; but rather they are symbols of someone's past or current struggle. They represent the pride of a battle bravely fought, the cherished memory of a loved one who has passed, or a wonderful and overt promotion to bring awareness to a specific cause.

My goal is simple: to make fashionable, high quality items that can be customized at affordable prices. Items that can help join us all in the community of awareness, while simultaneously helping us express the greatest parts of ourselves. A lofty goal I know. But like all lofty aspirations, I hope to accomplish this goal one beautiful design at a time.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
++Non-Customized Items++
Non-customized items may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the USPS delivery date. After 14 days, non-customized items can only be exchanged or receive store credit in the amount of the purchase price less shipping. There are no returns and/or exchanges allowed on sale items.

++Customized Items++
Customization request must be made at the time of purchase. Requests made after purchase must be sent via Etsy Convo and must be sent within 24 hours of purchase. Please check the spelling and grammar of all customization requests before submitting them for processing as there are no refunds on customized items. If you are not satisfied with a customized item, you will receive store credit in the amount of the purchase less shipping.

If you receive a customized item that is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will correct the item for you and cover the return shipping via PayPal. The PayPal payment will be sent to your email address on file with Etsy. Amount of reimbursement will not exceed original shipping amount paid. Please ensure shipping amount is clearly visible on all returned packages so that reimbursement amount can be determined.

If the error is on the part of the Buyer, we will correct the error (if possible) or remake the item. If the error is able to be fixed a Edit Fee (fee varies) will be charged to fix the item. If a new shirt is needed, the buyer will be required to purchase a new shirt with the new, correct, customization. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

++SVG Images++
There are no refunds or exchanges offered on digital image files.

++Returning Items++
When sending an item back for exchange or refund, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be received in new, unworn condition. If item is not received in new, unworn condition, the original item(s) will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense.

Within 72 hours after item(s) is/are received, either a refund of the full purchase price (including your original shipping cost) will be issued, or a new item will be mailed to you at our expense, whichever is applicable.

30 days after USPS delivery date all sales are considered final.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items which occur while package is in the care of the USPS. However, if such incident occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to ensure you receive the items that you ordered.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Simply send us an Etsy Convo and your order will be cancelled and your money refunded within 48 hours of our receipt of your desire to cancel. After 24 hours your items have gone in production and therefore there are no cancellation allowed.
As soon as your order is placed and payment has cleared, a ship date is assigned and your order will begin being prepared for processing and shipping. All packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to you via email once it is generated.

In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days; however, it may take up to 5 business days (8 business days for some items) to ship items depending on the size and/or level of customization of your order, as well as, the number and size of orders place ahead of yours.

You may upgrade your package to USPS Priority 2-3 Day shipping or USPS Priority Express 1-2 Day shipping. The USPS only guarantees delivery dates for Priority Express 1-2 Day Mail. If you need your items shipped with a guaranteed delivery date please choose Priority Express as your shipping method.

Please Note: upgrading your shipping speed does NOT speed up the processing time of your order. If you would like your products shipped sooner than its assigned ship date, please send us an Etsy Convo before you order. Please note: there may be an Expedited Order fee of $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item expedited.

There is no shipping of products on weekends or holidays.
Additional policies and FAQs
California buyers will be charged 8.25% sales tax on their purchases.

International buyers will be responsible for any additional taxes and/or expenses incurred as a result of packages going through Customs. Please note, packages may be delayed in Custom for up two weeks.

Physical orders are only shipped to the shipping address on file with Etsy. If your order is returned undeliverable your original shipping will NOT be refunded. You may receive a refund for the non-customized items in your order; however the customized items will not be eligible for refund. Buyer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping items returned undeliverable.

All shirts will be made according to the listing description. Please ensure your customization requests comply with the customization availability and/or character limits explained in the listing description. If you request a customization for a shirt or for an area of the shirt that exceeds character limits for that area or does not have a customization option, your request will be edited to comply with characters limits or your request will not be placed on the shirt. If you have any questions about your proposed customization request, please message us via Etsy Convo before you place your order.

Digital Image Files will only be delivered to the email address on file with Etsy.

Please ensure shipping and email addresses are correct before completing your order. Seller is not responsible for delay or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect addresses.

Please know that we do our very best to make sure the colors in our listing photos are as close to the exact product as possible; however, since computer monitors are not all calibrated equally, precise color reproduction via the Internet is not possible. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that the color product you receive will be exactly the same as the image seen on your computer.

Do you have toddler tees and onsies available?

Yes. Toddler Tees and Onsies are available in Black, White and Heather Gray.

Available Toddler Sizes are 2T - 6T.
Available Onsies are Newborn, 6mo, 12mo, 18mo and 24mo.

If I upgrade my shipping speed to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express will my order ship out sooner?

No. Upgrading your shipping speed does not speed up the time it takes to process your order. Order processing times depend on the size of your order as well as the size and number of the orders placed before yours. If you need a faster processing time please send us an Etsy Convo before you order.

I just sent an Etsy Convo, when will I get a response?

During business hours, I try to answer all responses within 15 minutes. At times it may take up to 3 hours. After business hours it may take 5-8 hours to get a response (especially if you write me during sleeping hours :o)).

How do your shirts fit?

About 80% of our customers report that our tees are true-to-size. Of the remaining 20%, the majority report that the shirts run small; and a very small percentage report that the shirts run large.

Immediately upon clearance of your payment, you will be able to access your file on your Purchase History page. You will also receive an email with a link to your file.

When will my order ship?

Upon purchase, your order will be assigned a ship date. You can find this date on the Thank You page that appears immediately after purchase. Additionally your ship date is emailed to your email address on file with Etsy. Your items will ship on or before this date.
