I am very sorry that you are not happy with the items. I have offered a full refund of your money. All of our items are handmade and made from unique materials like magazines so they will not be exact like the picture. Each item is unique. Requests placed in the notes section of your order will allow me to best send your desired colors. Again, I am sorry you are not happy with your order and I will give you a full refund as requested- no problem. This is my first bad review out of hundreds. Even if you did not like the items, I will still offer 5 star customer service. Thanks

5 out of 5 starsI have trouble wearing necklaces because of the discs in my neck. These beads are very pretty and also very lightweight.
