Gorgeous bag for my husband. He loves it.

This review is for a handbag I purchased in the brick-and-mortar shop and the belt I purchased once I returned home: This shop is amazing! I bought a beautiful handmade leather handbag when I was on holiday in Italy. The leather is soft, smooth and high-quality. The bag has a unique bucket design and they even stamped my initials on it. The shop also has excellent customer service. They were friendly and helpful when I visited their store. They answered my questions and gave me tips on how to care for the leather. I loved the bag so much that I got a belt for my husband when I came back home. He was very pleased with the quality and design of the belt.

The owner is very friendly and efficient. I was able to make adjustments to get a customised backpack that fits my needs. Everything is beautiful and I really love it! On top, it’s handmade in Italy!! Just one small little thing to consider in future perhaps. If there could be one additional strap so that I don’t need to adjust every time when moving from using as a backpack and a shoulder bag would make it perfect. But I do love it and highly recommend this store!👍🏼😊

Excellent service Customised item to my preference

Absolutely perfect, in every aspect.

I ordered this pouch as a present for my father and it was last minute order. However the seller shipped the item very quickly and I was very pleased. The pouch was very well made and my father is very happy. He is a landscaper and works outside most of time. He quite often dropped his pen or phone whatever small goods he placed in the pockets. Now all the problems have been sorted by this pouch!

I'm very happy to write this review as this is one of the most beautiful leather goods I've ever seen. It's so much better in person. What a piece of artwork the owners created for me! Its simple design, venerable age-old Italian artisanship, modern chic, the owners' thoughts....you name it....all in my bag. I particularly like the owners, Marta and Tommaso since they hail from Cremona, one of the great places on earth. It took me 40 years to visit Cremona to pay my homage to Antonio Stradivari 3 years ago. Wish Marta and Tommaso a great success in their business!
