There was a little confusion in regards to the sample pictures not actually being available as an option after the purchase was made. Upon contacting the seller he came off a bit sarcastic in his response instead of simply apologizing for any confusion. The pictures that are not actually the available style should have something on them that they are samples only and not what the logo will actually look like when displayed with lighting. Quickly can download image if you are interested in this item, just know it’s the first image only. Customer service skills are vital in business…

my logo quinceañera order has not arrived

Quality of item was horrible off centered, and vendor never fixed it or refunded my $. If you’d like to waist your time & money buy from this vendor. He deserves every horrible review he has. I should have read through all of his reviews before purchasing. Save you time & money. Don’t purchase here!

I was not able to download it and I needed it right away. I think the instructions should have been provided with the confirmation email.
