Enhancing lifestyle through elegant possessions

I started by going to Antique Markets and Fairs. Then I had too much or wanted to make changes. So, quite simply I sold what I had to buy more or to make changes. 40 years on I'm still doing the same.
I deal with others as if I am my customer. Thus I describe as accurately as possible.
Repeat business is the foundation of my longevity so please come back.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can send any item as a gift worldwide. However, where applicable, the shipment is sent with a commercial invoice for customs purpose and the receiver is liable for any charges. These cannot be prepaid.

Terms of international shipping

In conformance with INCOTERMS 2010 we ship as DAP (‘Delivered at Place’)
The seller pays for transport to the specified destination, but the buyer pays the cost of importing the goods.
The seller takes responsibility for the goods until they’re ready to be unloaded by the buyer.

Insurance

We undertake to insure your purchase for the full value paid.

In the event of loss or damage WE will pursue the carrier on your behalf.

WE shall be responsible for repaying your purchase and freight price.

WE will try to settle all claims within 60 days.

This is better than ETSY's standard policy.

My goods have arrived damaged what shall I do?

WE remove all glass from shipments unless otherwise agreed.

We use tried and tested packaging materials to provide protection for your purchase during transit including normal rough handling.

If YOUR delivery arrives damaged then mark it as damaged on the carriers/courier/mailman's receipt. If you do not do this then the fair assumption is that there was no visible damage to the package and it will be difficult to prove damage later.

Please notify us immediately via a convo.

Please take photographs and send them to us.

ONLY providing that you have market the delivery as 'damaged' can we proceed against the carrier.

My order's arrived but it's not what I ordered.

In this highly unlikely event please contact us immediately. WE will of course arrange for collection and pay the shipping fee.
