ElegantWreath's Shop Policies
I pride myself on creating beautiful wreaths that "wow" your family, guests and friends. Please don't hesitate to contact me about different color, size, or style options. The options are limitless when it comes to wreath design!
Credit card, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards are preferred. If you wish to send a check please convo me for address information. You do not have to sign up for a Paypal account to complete your transaction through Paypal.
Shipping will be completed using Domestic UPS Ground or USPS for small items and international orders. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will require an additional shipping payment not able to be collected at time of purchase on Etsy. You will be contacted and I will send you an additional Paypal request to cover the remaining shipping cost.
If you need a wreath shipped in a short amount of time please email me for a shipping quote. All orders are insured so if an item has been damaged upon shipment please contact elegantwreaths [!at] yahoo.com immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation which includes tracking information when you item has shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Wreaths can be returned, unused, and unaltered and in the new condition that they were shipped within 5 business days of receipt at buyers expense. You must email me first before returning the wreath as I will try to correct the situation if necessary. Shipping fees are not refundable only the price of the wreath or other items. Custom orders are not refundable for any reason.
If you contact me for a return after 5 business days from receipt and the wreath can be returned you will receive STORE CREDIT only for the wreath only, minus as custom additions such as ribbon.
Custom orders, SALE items, monogram initial and three letter monograms and monogram wreaths, eucalyptus and dried floral wreaths arrangements are NON-REFUNDABLE as these are considered custom items or final SALE items. Wreaths returned with ribbon on it will have $7 deducted from the refund because the ribbon can't be reused and is a custom addition of your choice.
In case of damage, please contact elegantwreaths [!at] yahoo.com immediately upon receipt in order for me to rectify the situation at our expense. If the customer does not contact us within 5 days of receipt of item for damaged goods, it will be treated as a regular return and the customer will only receive store credit or have their item repaired.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Wholesale and large quantity orders are available. Please contact me at elegantwreaths [!at] yahoo.com and mention that you found me on Etsy.
Monogram orders are custom orders and require customers to approve the design. Up until the customer approves the design and the monogram is ordered, the entire order is completely refundable. Once approval has been made by the customer and the order is placed, the monogram is not refundable unless damage occurs. Dark marks are part of the natural wood and unfortunately are not a reason for refund. Cracks, holes, and other indentations are considered damaged, but I carefully inspect the product so the customer should not find any defects. If it has been a week or longer since the customer has been sent an email with their design and no response was received, it will be up to the discretion of Elegant Holidays to choose and place the order. It will be based on the monogram picture and is not refundable. The reason for this policy is so other customer's orders are not held up due to the lack of response from a customer.
