I was a little hesitant to buy this based on a review that the bottle lasted only a month. But I wanted to see if it helped, so I did and I'm glad! I bought the small bottle, and at a drop a day, it's lasted 3 months. I've noticed a big difference! This and stretching 3 times a week has done the trick.
