Shop policies
All of our letterpress stationery products are handmade on either a Vandercook #3 press or a Chandler and Price platen press. Letterpress gives a tactile quality to the print which makes it so appealing to look at as well as to touch. Due to the nature of letterpress printing, slight variations may occur in the prints... that's how you know it's handmade!
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
For a refund*: The item(s) must be returned to me, then I will refund your purchase price and the original shipping costs to your Paypal account.
For an exchange*: The item(s) must be returned to me, then I will send out the new item(s).
*Refunds or exchanges do not apply to items that were used in any way, or items that were lost or damaged in the mail.
Payment
For custom orders, I will also accept a personal check. Work can begin on custom orders once the check has cleared.
Shipping
If another method of shipping is preferred, I will try to accommodate you whenever possible, however, additional charges may apply.
