The drawings were created while we were waiting for our first and long-awaited child Peter. They were created in an atmosphere of quiet joy of waiting and love!. We are so happy to send our prints worldwide! We put a lot of love in every picture . Only when we like the result, we are ready to offer our art here.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want you to love your purchase! In the event that you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please email me at tonyty [!at] yandex.ru as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation together. If you have received your item(s) damaged, please contact me with photos/description of the damage to arrange for a replacement shipment.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Please contact me to let me know that you are returning an item. If you would like to return or exchange anything you buy from this shop, please send it back to my address, for a full refund, within 7 days. The refund is made without the cost of delivery. Please be sure to pack your return item(s) safely. I cannot accept returns that are damaged. Shipping must be prepaid at the point of shipment. (Original paintings, commissions and custom work/print sizes/listings are excluded from this policy and are only returnable under special circumstances. Contact me to discuss.)
i refund a half of the order price if the parcel will not arrive in two
months. I try to make everything that sending was successful.
Payment
The shop accepts Paypal as payment and credit card through Paypal.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped only after the payment is cleared. This means if you pay via Paypal e-checks there could be delay in 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your payment in your Paypal account or in the correspond invoice here on Etsy.

CUSTOMS
Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

My works will be sent out flat, carefully wrapped onto cardboard and cellophane and packaged between layers of sturdy cardboard for safe delivery. Big sizes prints will be safely rolled and shipped in a mailing strong tube.
All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Saint-Petersburg, Russia within 3- 5 days after a payment is received.
It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
After it leaves Russia and enters your country you will be able to check the tracking number with your local posts or their online services.Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in Russia.

Please keep in mind :
On the average shipping takes
20 - 30 working days for an order to reach countries within Europe,
20 - 40 working days to reach the US.
40 - 60 days for Australia .

• Express shipping via EMS is available upon request. Please contact me if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.
Shipping charges for EMS is $26 for any amount of items and destination country. Delivery time: 4-7 business days.
