I strive to provide beautiful, quality professional prints and products and great customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, before leaving negative feedback, please contact me to discuss how I can remedy the situation.
If your item arrives damaged, please let me know, I'll be happy to resend if you can provide a photo of the damage (via Etsy's messaging system or by email: david [!at] elfland.net).

I currently accept PayPal and Etsy's Direct checkout.
Please note that orders will not ship until payment clears. If you pay with an echeck on PayPal this may take several days, so please be sure to double check your PayPal payment selection prior to ordering.
Orders shipping within California will have applicable sales tax added to the order.

I currently ship within the United States but I am more than happy to create custom listings for international customers! Important: international customs taxes, duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Because shipping costs very by country and print size, please contact me for rates and further information.
I ship to the address provided to me by PayPal, so please make sure this is where you'd like your order shipped (or leave me a note indicating otherwise). I'm happy to ship directly to your gift recipient! Just leave me a note.
Most prints are shipped via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
Larger prints/canvases are drop-shipped directly from the photo lab.
Please let me know when your order arrives so I know it got to you safely.
