I have tried contacting Paula twice and both messages have been ignored. Although, she does not accept returns/exchanges, her policy clearly says, "But please contact me if you have any problems with your order." The lobster claw hook is way too large and heavy for my dog. She is a small-ish 20 pound dog and it weighs down her neck when attached to the collar. It's comically large and looks silly. Unfortunately, the appropriate dog size/weight details were not disclosed in this listing for me to know it wouldn't work before purchasing. Seems like her shop can get away with this complete lack of customer service because of the sales volume, but such rip-off tactics will surely catch up with her.

Rush Orders- If you need an order delivered in less than 2 weeks, please contact me prior to making the purchase. Rush orders can not always be fulfilled. Leaving a note in message to seller regarding a rush order is not the definition of a rush order. Rush order availability depends on the amount of work at that time.

Please make sure your etsy address is correct, I only send to the address that comes thru with your order. If you contact me to mail to a different address , the order must be cancelled and re-odered with the new address. Once your order has been mark as shipped there is nothing I can do to correct a wrong address. Please make sure your package will be delivered to a secure location. When the U.S. Post Office marks the item as delivered there is nothing I can do to retrieve your order.

If all information is not recv to complete your order, I will contact you thru etsy
for information that I need to complete your order. I will try to contact you twice and
after 7 days if I have not recvd a response the order will be cancelled.
Please check your e-mail and etsy periodically just in case I have a question. I do not respond to inquiries that are sent to my e-mail, only thru etsy.

In the event that the original address that is on your order is not correct, I will not be held responsible for any changes-corrections made to the original address. requested buy the buyer.
