About my work:
Polymer clay - Many of the items in my shop are made from or include polymer clay. This is a very unique material that is suitable for a variety of projects. The application process that I use with images has a mind of its own, which lends to each piece having its own slightly unique look in the end. The process is quite unique and allows virtually any image to not only be applied to the clay but to be baked into it. Each piece of clay is rolled out and cut by hand, which allows me to create a variety of shapes and sizes along with maintaining their authentic handmade nature. Pieces are then baked to cure, trimmed, filed, sanded, wet sanded, double sealed, and finally assembled. A single batch (usually around 10 average pendant sized pieces) can take about 6 hours from start to finish and are usually completed over the course of 5 days.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal is the only method of payment. You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to use it. At the end of your transaction, you can use a credit card to pay via Paypal, without having to create an account with them. All custom orders require payment in full before work will begin.
Shipping
ALL purchases are sent according to the address showing on your Paypal account. Please ensure the accuracy of that address. If you use an eCheck through Paypal (which you do not need to do if you have a credit card logo on your debit card) it can take up to 5 days for it to clear. This will delay shipment. All items are sent via USPS. I do not accept responsibility for your item once it is shipped, nor for any fees required of you by customs or other agencies. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact me before purchasing so that I can edit your shipping charges appropriately.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. I strive to ensure that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of all of my items, each one may vary slightly from the next. Each piece I create is inspected individually to ensure a beautiful, quality, item that you will be proud to purchase. If you find a flaw in the craftsmanship of your item, or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact me. It is important that I am aware of the issue so that I can guarantee your satisfaction and so that I can make improvements to my future work.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to accept custom orders and often have several listings available in my shop. If you are interested in something different, please use the contact link (over on the right) to let me know about it. I’d love to hear your ideas and help you turn them into something tangible.
