The estimated delivery timesframes with standard shipping (registered&tracked) are:

Italy (domestic) - 3/5 days
Europe - 1/2 weeks

Severe weather conditions or custom controls may cause delays. For urgent deliveries we recommend express shipping service via express courier. If possible, purchase in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

SHIPPING METHOD & INSURANCE

We ship worldwide from Italy with standard registered shipping by default (online tracking and delivery confirmation included). This service not include insurance.

Package can be insured ( recommended for purchases over 100$ USD ) on selected countries adding 6$ USD fee to be covered against the loss, theft or delay of a package. It’s good to know that any package that leave our studio are out of our control and we are unable to avoid possible delays for customs inspections, several weather conditions, loss or theft.

It’s good to check and make sure that your shipping address will be correct, in a safe place and that you’re Etsy address details will be the same as your Paypal address.
