I can't praise this artisan enough! Amber worked with me to create the PERFECT dress based on my doodles and it came out AMAZINGLY! I just got back from wearing it to a dance and EVERYone, Whovians and non-Whovians alike just adored it. Can't wait until the Halloween party I plan to wear it to next! nThank you again, this was a GREAT transaction(=

Refunds and Exchanges
Now here is the honesty bit: We do NOT give refunds because you guessed on your measurements. Out of the thousands of gowns I have made, I would say the complaint rate for fit is around .01%. And of that, almost ALL of them admitted to guessing at their measurements. It is absolutely worth it to get a tape measure and double check your actual measurements, and I am happy to walk you through this crucial step.
Secondly, there is nothing more frustrating than someone begging us to get them an outfit for event X, only to have that person contact us on the Monday *after* said event to say they've decided to return the dress because the color is a little off, etc. We really can't afford to keep our prices low if we are giving these kinds of 'free rentals' and absorbing the costs associated with it. This would be comparable to bridal salons allowing bridesmaids to return their dresses after the wedding...if they did this, they would quickly be out of business, and so would we. Our policies protect you by offering options if you have a problem with your order, and protect all of our customers by allowing us to keep our prices affordable.
With this in mind, and due the the nature of special occasion clothing, all sales are considered final. Please double check your measurements against those listed for ready to ship items, and if you are ordering a custom made item, please consider having a professional seamstress take your measurements to eliminate any doubt. Talk with me so we are on the same page regarding colors/designs/fit/etc. Ask any questions, as I treat every question as a valid and important one, no matter how silly you may think that question is.
The short of it: if there is any sort of defect or mistake made on our part, we will happily replace and/or repair that item with lightning speed and do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you made a booboo, we are still going to work with you, but refunds are going to be at our discretion.
