Your story in one sentence.

Hi, my name is Elisheva and I enjoy sewing, crocheting, and working with my sheep's wool. I greatly enjoy up-cycling, it's so satisfying to see what I can make out of things that people no longer view valuable.

About a few years ago I decided to make some children's clothes out of 100% linen material. I have many friends who have discovered the benefits of wearing linen. So I thought that they would enjoy being able to find linen cothing for their children as well as themselves. I sold a few items to friends but had some leftover and I had other material laying around the house that I thought would make really cute clothes, so I started making more outfits. I have given many away as gifts and several friends encouraged me to set up an Etsy shop. Having a sewing business was never one of my dreams as I was always a bit of a "Tom Boy" but I love creating these cute little outfits. There's something satisfying in making clothes for special little people. Not all the outfits I make are 100% linen, I also enjoy using cotton and wool, and some of my material has polyester in it, though I try to stay away from "man-made" materials and mixes.

I have been crocheting since I was seven and really enjoy it. It's one of my favorite past times and it's what I do to relax. When I was about fifteen I discovered that I enjoy crocheting doilies and baby booties the best, so I've been making them as wedding and baby gifts ever since then. A few years ago our family bakery began selling baked goods at our local famer's market and I would take my crocheting with me to pass the time. I began to get requests to sell my baby booties. So I have sold a few of those as well. I use 100% cotton and maybe one of these days I'll start using wool.

Sheep have always been my favorite animal and when I was seventeen I finally got my first sheep. Since then bags of my own home-grown wool that I sheared myself have been piling up in our shed. I've been learning some about needle felting and spining. I hope to have some of those items to present to my customers as well.

Blessings and Shalom,

Welcome to my little shop. I'm so glad that you took the time to stop by. I love to sew children's clothing and I love to work with linen. The health aspects of linen are amazing but it's so hard to find linen for children. Well I'm here to change that! Up-cycling is so much fun and I hope you enjoy the creative results. Please make yourself at home!
