About Papier de Fête

Monica began creating invitations for close family and friends in 2006. Working solely off of referrals, her work started to expand. As word started to spread, she slowly started to add to her portfolio. With the encouragement of her clients, she decided to step out and open an invitation company.

Elite Party Creations opened in 2008, then after under going a complete makeover, Papier de Fête debuted in 2013. Still offering all of the same great products as before, with some new additions being added often. Elite Party Creations allowed Monica to grow the company to where it is today. Moving forward as Papier de Fête, the goal is to offer even higher end products that meet the needs of her more elite clientele.

In August 2012 then again in December 2012 Monica teamed up with LeAnne from the MOPS orginazation in Georgia to help complete their "Celebrating Mother's" event & their Christmas Cookie Exchange. Monica also had the honor to team up with Michelle Rago and again with An Eclectic Stem to offer print work at a local event. Other companies Monica has personally designed for includes The Berg Event Space located in Kansas City, MO, Mission Mortgage LLC based in Overland Park, KS and Kevin Horner Live.

Based in Kansas City, MO Monica Horner is the owner & principal designer of Papier de Fête. The company provides professional invitation services for any type and size of wedding, party, baby shower, corporate event and bar/bat mitzvah.

Payment
Custom Designs
Custom designs are available upon request. All digital custom designs require a $10.00 non-refundable custom design fee which will be deducted from your total purchase price. All printed custom designs require a $15.00 custom design fee which will be deducted from the total purchase price. If no products are purchased, fee is non-refundable. Payment is required before work begins on samples. For custom design inquiries or questions please contact us.

Custom Changes
Custom changes such as color, font, wording etc to existing designs are available for most products. Please CONTACT US prior to listing purchase for a custom listing. All custom changes are an additional $2.00, if Papier de Fete feels that the custom changes are excessive and qualify as a custom design an additional $3.00 will be added.

Ordering a Sample
We provide samples for any and all digital & printed products. To request a sample please contact us, all samples are $5.00. That fee is seperate from the total purchase price of products ordered


Making Changes
If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

Order Cancellation
If cancelling an order for any digital products a fee of $5.00 will apply if customizing has aready begun. There will be NO REFUND on any digital products that have already been sent or delivered via email. If cancelling an order for invitations over $50 a Service Fee of $10 will be applied for each part of your order you request to cancel. If order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.

Ordering More
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.

Ordering/Requesting Additional Digital Files
Each additional digital file is $3.00. Invitations and cards are sent as PDF files, photo cards are sent as JPEG's. If you would like the files in any other format please request it upon checkout. If you have already received the file and request it in a different format, there will be an additonal $3.00 charge.




Payment
We accept money orders, personal checks & paypal. Payment is due at the time your order is placed if paying by paypal or if paying by check or money order within 7 days of placing your order.

Reorders
To place a reorder, please select the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your previous order. You can make the changes you want by editing your order and resubmitting it.
Shipping
Wedding Invitations, stationery, anniversary products, baby products, greeting cards and special occasion invitations will ship in 5-10 business days after paying via paypal and 10-14 business days if paying by money order or personal check. If receiving digital products they will be delivered via email within 48 hours of payment.


NOTE: Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.

If receiving a digital card colors may vary depending on printer being used. Please be sure to review all products within 24 hours of delivery and print a sample. Any and all changes should be submitted within 48 hours.

Additional policies and FAQs
Christmas Photo Cards
Our photo cards are printed on a semi gloss photo card stock. Samples can be requested, all samples are $5.00. They can be printed as 5x7 or 4x6, please be sure to specify which size you would like. Any and all wording can be altered, custom designs are available upon request and require a $10 custom design fee before work begins. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from total purchase price.


Black Friday & Cyber Monday
Sale INCLUDES digital photo cards listed only, basic wording & photo(s). Does NOT INCLUDE custom designs or alterations; such as, altering a photo card for an invitation, color changes, design changes etc. Also does not include printed cards. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.


Catalog Requests
We do not produce mail-order catalogs.

Foreign Languages
We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.

Printing Limitations
Elite Party Creations reserves the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.
