I received my beautiful bracelet very quickly and was very pleased with the quality. I received the size I ordered but realized I miscalculated the size I needed. When I contacted the owner to see if I could possibly exchange it, he was extremely quick to respond, asked me the size I needed and sent it out promptly, even telling me to keep the original one!
